Repairs, done better.

All Mac and PC repairs are done right here in Thunder Bay at our location. Our technicians are certified with the Apple Certified Mac Technician qualification and have independent qualifications for each new Mac, iPhone and iPad product that is released. Some iPhone repairs can be completed in-store, but some require mail-in to an Apple repair depot. All iPad repairs are sent in to an Apple repair depot.
No! You can drop by with your computer or device any time between Monday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We work on a queue basis, first-come first-serve. This allows us to progress through repairs as quickly as possible and produce the best level of service.
Yes. Campus Tech is open to the general public as well as the staff and students of Lakehead University. As the only Apple Authorized Service Provider in Thunder Bay, we endeavour to serve each and every Apple customer with the same care and courtesy as an Apple Retail Store.
Typically, the only items you require to drop-off are the unit (computer, iPad, iPhone) and the power adapter. Macs, iPads and iPhones, we do not require the power adapters. Make sure to back up your data! We do data recovery, but we can't guarantee complete recovery.

When you pick up a computer, make sure to bring your photo ID. We cannot release any information about a repair without photo ID being presented.
